This church was abandoned two and a half years ago due to dwindling church attendants and thus officially declared redundant but now it has been bought by the Coptic Orthodox Church under the name of St Kyrillos (Cyril) and St Demiana. The first historic service took place on April 1, 2018 celabrating Palm Sunday according to the Julian calender. With God's Grace and blessing may this church be a blessing to all.
