Definitely will be moving doctors. Youre just a number to them and they dont care about your medical conditions. I have tried to contact multiple times about my health but as it doesnt fit their time schedule, they tell you to call another day. As someone that has difficulty taking time off work this is extremely frustrating.

My daughter works away and was not able to take the call from the doctor but returned the call as soon as she saw she was contacted, just to be told she cannot be contacted by phone until Monday. The reception had no care of how serious my daughters symptoms were, all they cared about was that she missed her call. This doctors surgery care more about their phone call rules than the health of their patients. I will be looking to change surgeries, after this experience as the primary reason, ie. Health of the patient is not of priority!

Don't normally post reviews for things but I genuinely couldn't rate the strand any higher. They always get back to me the same day. The econsult is a brilliant idea so your not having to wait on the phone. My son has been poorly in hospital and the doctor went out of his way to call and see how he was doing. They actually do care and deal with health concerns appropriately and quickly.

Really dismissive staff, only going for the quick fix and not bothered by long term effects. I am a student nurse and am very unsatisfied with the bad practice I received
