What let's this store down is:
- Narrow aisles (barely get 2 trolleys down there then the cages for their delivery ALWAYS in the way)
- Bakery is hit and miss most times not stocked with anything (I do go different times of the day)
- stock in general is quite low or restricted compared to maybe Shoreham or hove
- Awkward queuing as only minimal tills open and no self serve.

The car park leaves a lot to be desired. It is far too small to cater for the popularity of the store and has had to restrict parking time to 1 hour due to abuse by visitors to the town centre. Of late, the shelves are often depleted.
