Worthing Laser & Skin Clinic

The laser treatment doctor, Sarah Walker, was never on time and was late at least 45 minutes every single time. She always asked us if other patients could jump in front of us because she wasn't organized. Ironically when we were late only once, only a few minutes due to backed-up traffic, the patient booking admin, Claire acted SHOCKINGLY RUDE and aggressive even though we rang to inform them while being in traffic. One of the worst experiences that I've ever had. Strongly Avoid!

I wish I never went to this place they have ruined my face with incompetence dermatologists who has no duty of care for NHS PATIENTS because if they did , I wont be here leaving a reviews of what theyve done to my face. Read their Facebook page comments and youll see my photos. Please stay away from this place if youre an NHS PATIENT, they dont care about you at all. They will fob you off and wont take responsibility but if I was a private patient I presume my experience wouldve been very different or so Ive read from other reviews. My face is so bad, I cant go bare face anywhere and these people was suppose to help my skin and not burn it and this is 4 different dermatologist later , you tell me where the problem lies?

Reception are fantastic, truly helpful and very understanding. I really do not believe I have received any better customer service. I spoke to two of them about an on going issue and they handled the situation in such a professional manner. The two doctors I saw had been relayed the information and I could see they understood everything thanks to these two receptionists. The doctors were very kind and friendly and made the whole experience great. A very great and friendly team.
