Tony Mellors Survey & Valuation

Tony is a pleasure to deal with. His reports were very easy to understand and he's very happy to talk anything through with you after the survey is done. Buying a house is a pain so any window of sanity you can find is much appreciated and Tony is just that. Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely excellent, professional and friendly Chartered Surveyor. We have used Tony on more than one occassion and always found his service to be fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough.

HUGELY recommended. Totally professional from start to finish, Tony provided a competitive quote, arranged the survey quickly, and within a few days emailed an extremely comprehensive report. Very thorough. He also includes an indicative price for all of the repairs needed and a list of recommended companies and tradespeople across a whole range of disciplines, which was very useful. Tony also agreed to meet me on site to talk through the condition of the building (a lot of surveyors don't like to do this, or else charge extra). Tony also followed up with two phone calls subsequent to the survey to talk through some of the things that he found. I normally like to mention at least one fault when posting an Internet review, but I honestly can't think of anything.

If google reviews matter to you, then take note of my five stars. Tony Mellors did our property survey prior to purchase and he was meticulous and thorough and his recommended tradesmen have all come through. He has a local reputation amongst estate agents and builders as being a very tough cookie and that is an excellent reason to employ him if you are about to buy a house :)
