Third year took advantage of this service.. Nurse lovely and friendly, results came back in 2 weeks.. Peace of mind, especially when you can't get Drs appointment these days. Thank you.

Hopeless. Half my results were missing. Over 4 months I've phoned them twice, and they said they'd either upload the results that day, or send out a new test kit. Neither happened. And emailed three times, the last asking for a refund, and never had a reply or refund. AVOID - conartists

generally speaking I think this is a good service and worth the money. The staff who actually administer the tests have always been competent and friendly and I commend them. I don't want to criticise but I will add two additional comments. 1. one is location. I often get sent to a Stansted Airport Hotel. I don't mind but for some people parking there is often very difficult and expensive. 2. the second is continuity. I like being able to compare the tests across time but some things that were tested in 22 were not in 23 and vice versa. it would be nice to have a consistent 'package'.

I have a bluecrest medical every year it's Very good I would definitely recommend it to anyone Everybody so friendly and professional wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
