        As a beginner to running and having done a C25K course at the beginning of the year, I looked at a few Running Clubs as find it hard to be motivated to run on my own. Everyone at RAW were so welcoming and friendly and they clearly know their stuff and just love running. They're always encouraging you to better yourself and cater for anyone at whatever level you're at. Highly recommend.

        A welcoming and very friendly club that caters for all abilities of running. Using various locations to give you varied training sessions with really good coaches that will help each individual progress.

        Joined this club in february when I moved down from Banbury, they are a wonderfully friendly club with training for all levels both during the day and in the evenings, they even have sessions for non members. Come along and find out just how welcoming they are.
