        Scam, tried to take 358 from my account via direct debit this morning. I've never heard of them. Bank fraud team sorting. Beware.

        You have illegally taken funds from my account by setting up a direct debit mandate that I never authorised. I tried contacting you several times via email to an address that never worked and you do not provide any other phone number than an 0845 number that I refuse to pay for. As far as I am concerned you are a scam company that somehow was able to set up a direct debit. I demand you return all funds back into my account. I will also be complaining to trading standards as well as the federation of small business.

        Scammers and a huge waste of time. Attempted to set up a direct debit without my permission, and when emailed regarding this, the email was out of service. Had to contact my bank to sort things out.
