Southways Construction

On recommendation I contacted Southways Construction for the replacement of a Patio and Installation of a window. The recommendation was totally founded. I contacted Mark the owner and left a message, he was very prompt in his reply, positive about my requirements and arranged a visit and survey. His communication was excellent, unlike many builders you encounter who never ring back or respond. His appointment was kept on time, survey no issues and the quote arrived for the work in no time at all, which was accepted. Despite being understandably very busy, he contacted us after a short period and gave us a date for both jobs. His teams arrived on time, were very helpful, courteous, considerate to our needs, nothing was too much trouble. The work in progress was very impressive and every care taken to good practices and final finish. They cleared and cleaned every night. All the four operatives are a credit to the company. Mark visited regularly to oversee work and ensure we were pleased. A company I would highly recommend to anyone. 5 star.

We had a 2 storey extension added to our house by Mark and his team about 15 years ago. Subsequently we have used them for a new shower, guttering and other work. They provided a highly professional service from the initial quotation, right through to the sign off. Their work was of the highest standard and they were careful to keep things tidy as they worked. We will certainly use them for future work.
