Vinnie The Computer Man

Called Vinnie due to the reviews, he came out to look at my sons pc (which we built together) Vinnie couldn't fix it (we had already tried everything he recommended as we're fairly pc savvy) He charged us 20 (which at the time he said, I normally charge 45 but we'll call it 25,then reduced it to 20 as we were paying cash, no taxman) Handed us his business card (which we didn't read at the time) and left. Read the business card later and it says no fix no fee.....and no call out charge...... Nice one Vinnie

Recently used Vinnie for the first time; he's friendly, polite & professional. He explains things well in layman's terms, completes work very quickly & is reasonably priced. My 11 year old laptop is now running like it's brand new! He also went above & beyond to fix my laptop out of my working hours to ensure I had my laptop back as soon as possible for work. He's a lovely man to deal with & provides 5 star service. No complaints; thank you Vinnie!

Having suffered a massive panic attack thanks to my internal 2TB hard drive becoming completely inaccessible to me and the risk of losing 4 years worth of data including priceless family photos, I gave Vinnie a ring after realising he's literally down the road from me. Vinnie came and collected my machine, and kept me updated with progress throughout the 4 days he spent assessing and working out how to fix the problem. Whilst the hard drive was completely dead he managed to save every last byte of data, and even managed to provide me a refurbished hard drive to replace the dead one. Highly professional, extremely personable, and just one of the best humans on the planet, I have no hesitation in recommending Vinnie to anyone having any form of computer related issues.
