        Ross upgraded my old Windows 8.1 HP laptop to Windows 10, replaced the hard drive with 1TB solid state drive, doubled the RAM to 16gb, reinstalled certain software. I can now do video editing again on what feels like a new laptop for a fraction of the price for the spec. Very pleased and really glad to be able to upgrade my exisiting still decent PC rather than getting a new one. Ross came back to fix snagging issues without any fuss. He is very fair, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

        Ross saved me a lot of frustration and anguish. He responded very quickly (Same day). Having Identified the problem and after replacing my 500Gb SSD and adding a further RAM card the problem solved. He went the extra mile and ensured that Windows and MS office was installed and working. I would highly recommend him for any of you PC and Laptop or even software problems. Bob Jones
