Boundary IT, what could I say that isn't positive. Not much. There's always going to be a few hiccups in any supplier relationship, and normally it's from the clients side that it happens (ie me) but I'm proud to say that Boundary has been a partner of Westmount's for a little over 10 years now, and in that time, been through some fairly major IT haul overs to keep up to today's standards in hardware and software. Boundary are a high quality IT supplier, they understand the cost implications of IT to a company but advise methodically and intelligently to make sure the best equipment for the ROI is installed. They have extremely good knowledge of Microsoft's services, including deployment to multiple machines etc, as well as all the other associated business IT jobs such as workstations, servers, cloud based programs, remote working and internal networking. Recently did a Microsoft Teams phone system install and it went flawlessly and required very little effort from our team. Personnel: from the top to the bottom of the company the staff are great, they are knowledgeable, share and communicate well as a team, making sure the best person is allocated to the job. They all understand the importance of time in business and on average tickets are sorted within the hour! They recently picked up on a spam email causing hassle within minutes of it appearing, before we had heard from anyone else. As I said, I couldn't recommend them more as a company, and we've proved it many a time, that they are a great company to have as a partner. A quality supplier. Thanks Boundary for all you do.
