I have acne and no topical treatment has ever worked, neither have any probiotic or herbal pills, (only prolonged use of antibiotics which lead to worse skin when stopped). A week of the herbal pills reccomended and i had clear skin. Cant believe it! Very happy.

Great communication via phone. Ive had a trapped nerve in my neck feel sooooooo much better after accunpunture and massage. Great good

I went to see Dr Renee after becoming deaf in one ear after my first covid jab, I had MRI at the hospital they gave me a hearing aid that didn't do anything, so I contacted Dr Renee after 1 acupuncture session and tablets I can now hear, thankyou

Attended as a result of a gift. Very impersonal, rushed, little to no communication about what was happening, acupuncture procedure minimal and rushed. Not quite sure why the service and atmosphere was so poor. Room not calm and relaxing - cramped and heard the radio from the shopping centre as well as conversations on the premises. Music must of been via a free Spotify account as heard adverts. Wont be going back. 15/02/22 - owner has been in contact and seems to have generally taken on feedback and is going to make changes where appropriate. Refreshing for a service provider to listen to the customers experience and want to do better. I declined an offer of a massage as Im out of area but if closer I may go back.
