Horrific customer service. Reserved a table a week in advance. Arrived and were told they didnt know about our booking. Showed them the Facebook conversation confirming the booking. The place was full, but they then allowed someone to take a seat on a table that became vacant whilst we stood there and were told there was nowhere for us to sit as they were full. Dont book, dont visit, or expect to be served by teenagers who dont understand customer service.

Brilliant place. Everything has been thought through by the owner. As a parent it is hard to find somewhere that caters for much younger kids, other than soft play. It's a great place for us to bring our 18month old child to play, everything is well priced. Coffee, cakes and service all amazing. It's a lovely atmosphere and look forward to our next trip. Keep up the great work

The most wonderful place, a warm welcome always and a perfect place for my little one to have lots of fun. A real Gem to have in Worthing. Highly recommended, thankyou Toybox cafe can't wait to see you soon x
