Never got any food and pocketed my money

Ordered bbq wings and fries, what we got was a lump of undinguishable red mush, stupidly I managed to prize one off, and took a bite it was so spicy I ran to the bin to spit it out the fries were half cooked! Seriously people if you value your stomach don't eat here!

Service so slow nearly 2 hours, for 1 meal. The shop is now closed and cannot get through. This happens every time we have ordered tine wise. The man is very rude and abrupt on phone. Will never be using them again, lies after lies about it leaving the shop.
