The staff behind the desk were not there for about 5minutes when we arrived. 3 out off the 4 meats were at scrap point and looked very dry . I had pork& beef, Which was very small amount of meat , the beef was very dry and extremely fatty and the pork was dry and tasteless, the veg was cold , my daughter who was with did not eat much of it as she found the meat very dry and fatty. The whole meal was very disappointing

After a very friendly welcome we were shown to the quiet table that we had requested. Two of us have food intolerances, (gluten and lactose) and the waitress was extremely helpful in guiding us through the menu. The carvery was of excellent quality and the vegetables beautifully cooked. No complaints about anything. If you really want something to improve on. ........ Perhaps providing a microwave oven for customer use would be helpful if they feel the food needs to be a little warmer.
