The bus company that makes u freeze to Death on the street waiting for the bus to end up saying after 30 min cancelled

Awful start to Monday morning after they said they are running more buses the 700 6.04am cancelled from goring to Worthing. I have had to pay for expensive taxi and was not able to use my stagecoach pre paid card. Very unfair or I would have been late for work. Are the buses 700 running this morning towards Littlehampton as I've been waiting for 40 mins and unable to get through on telephone and app is down. I'm now late and may miss an event that I've been really looking forward to? Please reply ASAP. Cheers Stagecoach, NOT! 90 mins to travel from Goring to Littlehampton including almost an hours wait for the bus, I have now missed an event in Arundel that I had waited months for. Only to be told by the driver that there were no drivers and two drivers with a bus each came together, so there were at least 2 drivers per hour so why make us wait an hour for 1 driver?

On the 700 from Littlehampton to Brighton at 07:35, got on the bus with my two sons. I never travel by bus but had to take my sons to football. When getting on I asked for two children and an adult which was charged the same price 2 each I asked if that was for the two boys as well as Ive always though children where always cheaper. This wasnt the problem as a fare is a far. But when I asked and said oh I thought child would be cheaper and said 2 was a lot of money the bus driver laughed at me and said well not really I asked why he felt the need to laugh at me which tbh made me upset but not angry. I asked why he done it and he said that 2 is not a lot of money really(his words) I explained that maybe not to him but to me it is. In which he laughed again and said well clearly it is. This was I. Front of my two children aged 8 and ten who I dont let know the struggles I face. To be laughed at but a member of your staff over this is beyond belief. After this journey I would rather not go anywhere than travel on your services if these are the Type of people you hire.

Worthing needs another bus company. This one is too unreliable. How do they manage to keep their contracts with such lousy service? Hmmmm. I wonder. Hmmm.
