Totally unable to provide a reasonable level of service. Misinformation, just short of lying; completely uncooperative, working on a computer says no basis in spite of the facts; incapable of acknowledging the distances customers have to travel to find a bank by insisting on repeated visits (3 so far). Any responsible government would break up the high St banking cartel to stop this abuse.

Very friendly service. The staff couldn't do enough.Lloyds would be mad to close branches like this. Some of us don't like using online banking despite the constant encouragement so to do.
