        Went today to withdraw a large sum of money, had endless issues - I brought the wrong card and so on and the lady helping me could not have been more helpful. She spent ages doing paperwork so I could still withdraw the money even with no card and I really appreciated how helpful she was.

        Wonderful little local bank. Fab, friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, a very small number of other customers can be a bit rude, but I have never found the staff anything less than amazing.
