We approached Mary just over a year ago now for advice regarding a ground floor kitchen/utility extension. Following an initial meeting where we discussed our ideas with suggestions from Mary, she sent through a couple of designs. Once we had finalised our decision we then proceeded towards the planning application and finally the build. We did have to make some alterations for the scheme to go through planning and Mary walked us this and was on hand should we require her throughout the build. We are really happy with her design and its given us a much larger area for kitchen dining, and chill seating that we were after. Thanks Mary!

We recently worked with Mary on plans for our home extension up to building control stage. Mary has been fantastic to work with, she made us consider some aspects of the design that we may have overlooked and made us really consider what was a priority for us in the design process. In addition to this, she has been extremely quick in turning round our plans and applications and has also helped guide us on other areas that need to be considered such as party wall agreements and build over agreements. Mary has been both approachable and professional throughout.
