DB Refrigeration and catering Equipment

Called DB Refrigeration and Catering for a problem with a chiller and the problem was diagnosed and sorted on the day. Paid 400 on the spot as the problem was deemed to have been fixed. 2 days later the chiller broke again and it turned out that an underpowered compressor had been fitted and therefore burnt out. This had been pointed out by another company that had to be called in. Rang DB Refrigeration and Catering to come back and sort the problem out but ignored all calls and messages. Seemed very happy to take 400 and not actually fix the problem in the first place. Furthermore, the filter drier was never changed and the pressure switch was put on the wrong side. Nothing reliable, efficient or cost effective as the company website claims! OVERALL, EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A PROBLEM FIXED AND APPRECIATE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

I have used them to repair my fridge leek for which I paid 680. The next day it started to leek from the same place. I have called in for problem. The guy came to check it and done nothing. No warranted & bad service Strongly do not recommend
