Anglia Autoflow Ltd

(1 star is still to high, but it's the lowest on the scale) Terrible customer service and technical information regarding their own Anglia Autoflow Poultry Live Receiving System. Their receptionist Sherly seems nice though. To bad she's the only one that works at this company. I have been trying to work with this company of > 5 months to get the I/O list for a PLC replacement that was purchased from Anglia Autoflow. Despite almost daily calls with the receptionist and weekly emails, they haven't been able to provide the information required to install the unit, nor were they able to connect me with a technical lead or engineer that works for AA. We have had the PLC at our facility for months and can't install it because we can't get the information required from the plant. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this industry. I would strongly recommend going with another company if you are considering poultry equipment as you cannot rely on Anglia to provide any form of technical support once you have purchased the equipment.
