Good delivery service. Been using the pharmacy 4 years now due to circumstances both my wife and I have our medication delivered, which is a good service the driver is always polite and delivers on time.

Get a bowl, throw random stuff into it until you accidentally hit on the recipe for your medication. This way, you'll get your prescription faster than waiting for it from this pharmacy. (9 days- wow).

HAWORTH branch HAWORTH branch. I have been using this pharmacy for 18 months. I am now changing where my prescription goes. Every time I visit the staff ignore customers coming into the store for far too long - they never even acknowledge you are there or comment they will just be a moment. They just ignore you. I have even been in when there was a member of staff at the counter as I approached & they turned away & went to the back of the store. They always take ages to find your prescription - they clearly dont have a very good system for storing them. There is never a smile or conversation, they all look thoroughly miserable & completely disinterested in their customers. Its a dreadful atmosphere. I used to find it funny seeing so many grumpy people in one shop but on my last visit I tried some form of conversation - nothing! I asked for my prescription, which they found, eventually. I was told I had to wait for the pharmacist to come back before I could have it. I said fine as I had to pop into an adjacent shop. I came back literally two minutes later, the lady at the counter saw me & walked away, eventually came back and didnt recognise me from two mins ago. So then there was a weird conversation where I had to start again with name and address even though I said I had literally been in moments ago. It was just so poor. I worried it was just me, but I have been in many times over the last 18 months when other customers are in and its the same for everyone. You can feel your energy draining away when you are in there. Never again
