Been with these guys for 20 years. After leaving several messages I had no return communication. I have been with them since Rachelle was an apprentice, followed them to Denholme and back to Haworth. I live in Halifax now and have still come to this salon. Customer service just now is shocking and apparently everyone is unavailable and will not return messages. Such poor customer service and absolutely no loyalty. I lent a CD to them years ago and after numerous requests etc I am still yet to receive this back. Lesson learned. I will take my business elsewhere.
