We came here for a roast dinner with our two small children and family members from London. We were seated quickly but then found ourselves sat waiting for our food for over an hour and a half. We kept asking for an update on how long it would be and was told ours was next or that itd be 5 minutes. After another 20 minutes, we threatened to walk out as we were all starving. There were other tables who had been waiting for the same amount of time and were similarly fed up. When the food did arrive, it was tough and cold. Not worth the wait and completely unacceptable. The staff explained that there was only one chef on and they werent allowed to turn away any tables. Would not come here again.
