I watched this company perform illegal tree works to three trees with TPO on them (since 1982) yesterday. When informed and physically shown proof of the TPO they still proceeded. They were laughing at me, rude, arrogant and what can only be described as misogynistic. Wonder if the company feels it owes me an apology this morning? Because let's face it - Who is laughing now. Its a wholly embarrassing situation to a group of 3 men who were insistent they knew their job better than me. Clearly they dont. If I knew my job ad well as these 3 I would be sacked. To proceed with the works when they have the knowledge of the TPO is either very stupid or very ignorant. Wonder what else this company gets up to unnoticed. I have reported the actions of this company to enforcement and hopefully the situation is made very difficult for them. Ross, I thought I would address your response. I think the stance you have taken here as a company isn't great. You know you didn't have permissions for these works. An admittance and an apology would probably been more appropriate than trying to accuse me of slander I thought it would be useful to include some communication from the company that hired you. Response: Illegal tree works: We did indeed carry out tree works illegally and without permission. After speaking to the contractor and the Leeds tree officer it was determined that permission to carry out the works had never been sought. We have now reviewed how we carry these works out and I have spoken to all contractors around the country regarding the application of tree works to make sure this doesnt happen again. Also going forward I will keep you up to date regarding any tree work that PFP want to carry out in the future so that you are aware and we do not repeat the mistakes. If you like I can also attach a response from the LA that was sent to me. Confirming unauthorised tree works on said trees.

We had this company come all the way to southport and we'll what can I say fantastic amazing professional, and then some so impressed with how they felled all the trees the ppe they had and the clean up after of course we kept the coffees coming as you should and then gave them all a drink each for when they finish thankyou so so much

We engaged Keighley Tree Services to cut back eight large trees. They came and quoted us promptly and sorted out the planning application (as the trees are under a Tree Protection Order). When they came to do the work they were really friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job. They left us the logs nicely stacked and tidied everything else up. I can't fault them. I'd thoroughly recommend this company.

Tom's team did a cracking job! One of the trees they worked on was surrounded by BT cables and wasn't easy access. They used a crane to access around the tree and managed to keep all cables intact. Everything was cleaned up after the work. Really high standard of service, will keep on recommending them.

Started with a skilled and knowledgeable assessment of the job; friendly and approachable team willing to answer any queries got the job done efficiently; very pleased with the whole package beginning to end.
