        The staff go out of their way to help. Very cheerful and always willing to help unload. The unloading area is swept regularly even in the area for green waste where spillage is inevitable. Always apologies if there is a delay, however short

        Staff are more interested in standing in the door way of there huts, staring at my wife then doing any work which is slightly concerning. Will make a complaint to appropriate department as kids have started to notice when we go in
