Worsley Lodge Care Home - HC-One

Mum went into Worsley lodge amist all the visiting restrictions of Covid 19 September 2020 straight from hospital on the advice she needed 24 hour care. I can honestly say ,mum looks better than she has in a long time. Window ,Pod and garden visits are easily arranged . The staff have got to know mum really and are always happy to speak to us if we have any questions about mum and her care . Thankyou for all you are doing .

Staff are fantastic here. Nothing is to much trouble. They want whats best for residents and their familes. When you go for pod visits you can tell staff are a good happy team always laughing and smiling. My dad is in the safest of hands. I would recommend anyone thinking of going here. There really aren't enough words to thank the team at Worsley Lodge for care they gave our mum Julie Robinson. Our mum was a resident at Worsley Lodge for nearly 5 years and in that time her dementia progressed until it inevitably took her life. Throughout her time at Worsley Lodge all the staff were so caring and kind and made sure our mum's every need was met, they treated her like with such love and warmth that she felt settled there. It is so hard to process it emotionally when you are told that your loved one needs to go into a home and seeing our mum have the experience she did at Worsley Lodge allowed us as a family to feel assured and comfortable that she was safe and settled. The staff were always lovely and looked after the family as a whole. If you are looking at options for a home I would 100% recommend Worsley Lodge. Thank you to all the staff for making the difficult last part of our mum's life the best it could have been for her. Lots of Love, The Robinson's XXX

Used to work here staff was horrible to me thus including deputy management .and senior carers on days
