        Rude, arrogant and ignorant man every time I visit. Made me wait 10 minutes whilst he stuck labels on 12 packages. All this without acknowledging my existence or saying 'wont be a moment' or some such. Totally not cut out for this job. Has a real chip on his shoulder about something. Avoid
