Obnoxious and confrontational female member of staff.Raised concerns with her regarding missing clothing belonging to my father and she lost her temper alleging that the missing clothes were never left.Became very agitated and defensive.A full complaint will be made against this person who really should not be employed in a care home setting with her aggressive and unproffessional nature.

Dreadful uncaring place. My step father passed away in this place. Failed to identify of prevent DVT due to his condition. No communication and very unhelpful when complaints were made. Medical notes revealed different series of events than we were told surrounding his death.

My mum has just spent six weeks and her care has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff are brilliant and always there for you. Nothing was too much bother. Massive thank you

The most cold and clinical care home I have ever been in. The unfriendly frostiness from staff doesn't warm the place up either. I've worked as a care assistant and never once told a resident off for ringing the buzzer or commented that there are 30 other residents in here besides you! Treat the elderly with respect they deserve.
