        Martin and Dave delt with a non fault car accident claim which took nearly a year, felt fobbed off everytime i rang, nearly a year and never got a phone call with updates. I know claims can take a long time but Always having to ring them with a promise of a phone call back but never happaned until 11 months on and then given conflicting information Would never deal with these again.
