Had hair done yesterday by Lauren , was first client to arrive at 9am, was offered a drink ,so had a cup of tea, Lauren started my hair ASAP, with foils, was really happy to have a catch up and chat, as always . All staff are really friendly and happy with their clients and work as a team,was offered several drinks throughout my appointment, sooo happy with my hair,Lauren your amazing you always do my hair just how I like and want, would,nt go anywhere else .x

Didnt want to leave a negative review when it could of been dealtwith privatly. But i Visited the salon last week and was suppose to have had balayage full head colour and wash cut and blow . After 4 and a half hours , having been there since 10.15 I had to leave at 2.45 unfinished. When booking I was was given the times of around 2.5 hours after 4.5 it wasnt finished and although Natalie said I could come back the next day for toning I was so disappointed with the results bleached way too high up my head and no where near what I asked for. Natalie rang assuring on the 1.5 hours I could do the next day she would fix it and would even get another person to help to make sure it was done and I was happy. The next day comes I arrive to just her working in the salon had to wait for her to finish cutting somebody else's hair and nobody to help her ad she said they would. Iv had to leave after nearly 2 hours with my hair again nothing like the what iv asked for having been assured it would be sorted in 1.5 hours and second visit. I left with wet hair, hair dye not washed off my scalp it was on my face the lot i had to come home and wash and dry my hair myself. One member of staff having to do everyone's hair cause nobody else is there is a joke because customers like myself get let down. I messaged explaining The service iv received was absolutely shocking and i would be grateful for a full refund so i can go somewhere that will actually give me at least somewherw near what i want to have messages back and forth telling me to come back a third time and they will sort it. I can't do this and don't want them anywhere near my hair after 2 visits already I certainly don't want to go back a third time. I tried to deal with this private but they are not refunding me and just telling me to come back a third time. I've been charged 115 and haven't in my opinion had what iv paid for. My hair is a mess and nothing like i asked for. Your suppose to come away from a salon feeling lovely and I'm so upset about it. Its a shame because I've been in recently with my daughter who had a cut by Amy who was brilliant and from this thought I'd be OK having my hair done BIG MISTAKE. Wouldn't recommend this salon. Please do not have extensions done at this salon , they are unprofessional.Extensions done by Lauren are thrown on the hairdressing trolley, even though the cost hundreds of pounds, not put in any kind of order to be placed back in the hair then put in like a jigsaw (words from my next hairdresser who sorted them out for me) I was the overcharged at the till , you receive an invoice on booking with prices , before your appointment which was then changed at the till to a more expensive price . And charged for a cut and blow even though I had not had a haircut,, very badly managed premises. Olaplex treatments are mixed with cheap conditioner so you do not get the benefit of the treatment you are paying for!!!!! Response to Lauren . I can assure you whether I am on your system or not ; I had my extensions done on this premises by yourself , and actually have never left a review before for anywhere; but felt the need to let people know what kind of treatment ; paying customers will get here. A past member of staff told me about your Olaplex tricks and stated she even left ; is it any wonder you cannot keep staff or customers .. Another update I have just found the 2 invoices for the same day , with the prices changed would you like me to post them.? Please do not accuse me of posting a fake review, this is not something I would ever do Service: Hair extensions

I have been to this hairdressers many times over the years. and they have always done as i asked, hence keep returning. this time however, i asked for my normal cut ( all one length) But it was cut shorter at the front. not straight line at all. I told the women it was wrong and asked for the manager. to my dismay, she told me it was straight too. ( obviously not to embarrass the staff member) as soon as i left i was so disappointed. My partner noticed straight away that they had ruined my hair. I guess they cant put it back on, so they tried to save face, but it is me that has to live with it ( well for a while anyway). I'm not one for writing reviews, but i have to look at my hair every day.and it just annoys me that they would own up to their mistake. Service: Hairstyling
