I cant speak highly enough of this company. From stepping into the showroom we knew we were in good hands. Sarah was so calm, helpful and knowledgeable with no sales pitch. We had an idea of what we wanted and asked if we could borrow some of the large Karndean and carpet samples to try in our new house. This was no problem at all and Bladen carried them all out to the car for us. Simon and Dan worked so hard on the preparation of our far from perfect (to say the least) concrete floor and it looks absolutely amazing, as do the carpets. I have recommended Floor barn to my family and friends and will use them again without hesitation in the future. Thankyou to everyone at Floor barn. Superb.

From the minute we walked through the door we received outstanding service. The Team at Floor Barn could not have been more friendly or helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We chose the bespoke skirting boards to go alongside our Karndean Flooring and they are truly amazing, everyone comments on how fabulous they look. Thank you Team Floor Barn - top quality service from a lovely bunch of people, would highly recommend!

Very impressed with the service this company provides. No pressure selling and more than happy to help in looking for the right product. The guys who fitted the carpet also very professional, courteous and tidied up after themselves. Already got measurements in for a third carpet with a fourth to follow and will be going back in to the shop to look at some cushion floor replacement for the bathroom. Highly recommend
