Did a great job with my laptop its running loads better now and definitely not getting as hot fixed for a good price too would highly recommend.

Unfortunately not good. He has an issue listening when I 1st took my pc to him I asked him to let me know how much to repair but on phoning he already repaired it at a cost of 90 which I thought was ok. He charged me 45 for a 8 year old hard drive at that price I expect it to be new I contacted him told him I was not happy and he was polite enough to say he will sort it. At that point I specifically told him I'll provide the hard drive again didn't listen. When I arrived at his shop gave him the pc & hard drive he told me he bought one? I repeated to him I told you I was going to provide it because I bought a Samsung 1tb ssd hard drive because there much more reliable. He denied I said that. Why would I buy one if I thought you was? Any way he installed windows 10 on my disc I gave him his original old disc back. When I asked for my 45 back he couldn't grasp the fact why he owes me the money. I explained in detail even said give me 30 we will call it quits. Only had 10 said he would have to give it me later. I then asked how much was the new hard drive he said 32 so I picked it up told him let's call it quits he was not happy but agreed. One thing he said was he hated doing things for businesses which I thought was ridiculous I said well my business is giving you business. Had he been fair in this matter I would continue to use his services but never again.
