Benson Fitness is fantastic! Training/ programming which is offered both in-person and online is exactly what I was looking for. Charlotte is excellent at keeping in touch, always keeps me up to date and works with me to adjust my programme to any changes I need. She really gets the best out of me and is a great motivator!

Charlotte creates individualised programmes which are incredibly diverse and always a challenge, allowing you to maximise your time in the gym with tailored sessions that will help you achieve your goals. Improvements are quantitatively monitored week-to-week, forming a scientific base in which to periodise the programming specific to you, introducing new skills and exercises and setting achievable targets. All of this ensures continual gains throughout the year, while also making it fun! Thanks Charlotte :)
