        Such a fantastic group, so glad I joined. The classes are fantastic and no two ever the same! Mark is brilliant, he always explains and really pushes you! Such a lovely group of people too!! Highly recommend

        Signed-up for the 6 week challenge and really enjoying the whole experience. Made to feel very welcome from the start with great instruction from Mark and support from the other members . Also love the outdoor space where the sessions are run. Would recommend to anyone.
