Not sure what everyone expected from a service that's part of one of the biggest money laundering machines in Healthcare (Acacium group)...No communication between different teams, GDPR procedures not being properly followed...wrong treatment being prescribed

One word: yikes. Who needs a therapist when all they do is read to you from a booklet. Is this a reader service? Only thing you get out of this is distressing comments, that are shocking to say the least and someone to read off sources for you. An award for making people feel worse is what this service deserves.

Missed my partners initial appointment with no communication then missed first video call with no communication. Absolute shambles of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Only interested in profits. Supposedly free counselling but told 'there is a 6 month wait for appointments- unless you want to pay and you can speak to someone in 2 or 3 days'- Xyla only really want your money.

Shocking and depressing experience, telling me to spend money if I wanted real help and saying I was near far end of life has frankly made me more distressed.And telling me every few mins how long i had left of the call.hope someone can listen to the call he should be struck off and I will be taking this further.
