Jen was very thorough and spent time Molding the correct ski boot for my awkward feet. Skied two weeks in them and I have never been more comfy. Fantastic service at good prices. Jen has great experience and knowledge.

Jen of Hike and Ride came to my home to fit my boots to a pair of skis, she was trustworthy, efficient, prompt and gave me good advice on the skis, their condition and how to look after them going forwards. I was delighted by her honesty, helpfulness and the ease of it all I would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to friends.

Finally after 40 years of skiing in pain I have been cured! For the first time I have boots that fit beautifully. I put them on in the morning and do not touch them until I finish skiing. First lift out, last lift back, my boots are still comfortable. Unbelievable!!! The service provided by Jenny is exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Although she didnt have the right stock for me on her first visit. She returned a few weeks later with the perfect pair. A few minor alterations on the spot and my new boots were ready. Jenny is an expert in her field and I highly recommend her services. You MUST buy your boots from Hike and Ride. Skiing is an expensive pastime.
