Liquor has been coming here for years, not just to keep herself looking in top shape but for lengthy stays while Im travelling for work. Sean and his family do a lovely job caring for her and Ive recommended them to a fair few people and wouldnt hesitate to do so again.

Sean did a brilliant job with my puppy Bailey. As a cockapoo, it can be tough to find good groomers but Sean did an even better job than Id hoped. Great value for money and Ill definitely be back.

We have had continued issues with you being extremely rude to our team including raising your voice, using foul language and being extremely argumentative on more than one occasion now, however we have continued to groom Bijou - short barks and sides. I am appalled at your accusations of me being rude and raising my voice on several occasions. I never used foul language, its not something I ever do. I have never even had the chance if I wanted to as you and your staff are ever so cold and miserable and dont speak or chat. Getting a smile from you is very, very rare. Im a very chatty and happy person but always feel an awkward silence whenever I come to groom Bijou. It felt like it was just strictly business, in and out, even my children noticed this whenever they came with me. Im sure you know that, but of course you have have to say something like this to save your reputation, even if you lie, what a shame. Further disappointment for me but good riddance to bad vibes. Tada and good luck youll need it eventually.
