        Expectation versus reality. We asked for Coco our pomeranian to be cut short (obviously within reason) this is what we got. 50 later we just hope his hair grows back healthily we were advised his hair might not grow back the same. I would not recommend taking your dog here. A 'summer cut' as she called it simply does not exist for pomeranians. Update: Coco's hair has taken almost 6 months to get back to something that resembles his previous coat however his hair is wiry, brittle, weak and curly. We've been advised it will be a process to get it back to normal but I'm just sharing because seeing coco like this and receiving no apology brought me to tears.

        Complete lack of experience. You do not shave down dogs and especially long haired breeds.
