Parkview Practice

If I could give zero star I would. This has been the most appalling experience I could have had. The lack of minimal assistance is staggering. I would urge whoever is under the care of this shambolic surgery to reconsider their choice. I have been left waiting 2 hours for a medical appointment which was urgent and the doctor never called me. The admin person on the phone was completely unhelpful and frankly rude. Clearly patient care is the least of the surgerys concerns. The admin person said theyve rescheduled you, raise a complaint if youre not happy then she hung up on me . Nobody will compensate me for the hours of work lost waiting for the appointment that never took place. Rude and inefficient. Just please do us all a favour - shut down and change job!

I went there because I had a lot of pain in my ear, and I was almost deaf I got an appointment 2 hours later, the doctor was very professional, and that made me feel safe, the doctor gave me some medicine and I felt better the same day, Thank you.

Worst receptionist the guy name hassan he is completely untrained and dont know how to talk with the patient he is rude and very insensitive I had very bad experience at this practice first they give you wrong information about appointments and then they say its your fault

Dr.Eugene O'Connor was very unkind, didn't treat me with any dignity, was dismissive to my concerns and made me feel like I was too much and hard to deal with, even though I showed him nothing but respect. Hate that he is my GP and will do my best to never see him again and replace him with some other doctor. Very disappointed
