UPDATE: SAME RECEPTIONIST YOUNG RUDE STAFF THROWS THE APP AT YOU NOT REALIZING IT DOESN'T WORK EXPECTS PATIENTS TO COME TREK FOR AN APP FIX WHEN THEY HAD NO CLUE AND WASTE PATIENTS TIME. Tried calling as per GPs comment Abid below no response and reception staff won't pass on message and continue to be rude cause they'd rather be paid to sit around and chat to their friends than work. After reading all the reviews about their receptionist I can agree the practice needs to review who they employ there. Tried to book a blood test via the app and was asked to call back, the receptionist was highly rude and swore at me as I asked for some details about follow up appointment. I'm amazed at that everyone has mentioned how bad the receptionist is and they have done nothing about it. Shocking is that the young woman over the phone said ' I can't be bothered for this'. Not sure why you hire people that can't be bothered to do the job they were hired for and swear at patients over the phone.

Its really easy to get an appointment. Beatrice always does all my blood tests and shes extremely nice and understanding. Specials thanks to Beatrice for that, and Nadine for being very nice and careful with any requests. The doctors are nice and caring and attempt to resolve an issue in the best way possible. Previously Ive had some issues with the reception team, who were quite rude but the service has completely changed around since then. There are some minor hiccups but overall a great practice.

The reception is managed by incompetent teenagers that show zero empathy towards patients. They spend the time laughing between each other and on their phones. They will lie to your face saying that there aren't available appointments and that a doctor will eventually give you a call. Also the appointments will get cancelled all the time and when you manage to speak with one of them they will be rude and show attitude. They are so lazy that they will reply to any question with "you can check on our app" and the app will tell you to give them a call. Please replace those idiots and hire competent workers.

Terrible terrible service - they have refused my prescriptions from the hospital countless times and the one time they did fill it, they filled it incorrectly. I called to rectify the prescription (they had misread several points) and they denied making a mistake, sending me in a goose chase to get my prescription refilled at the emergency department at the hospital (more than once, because they cant seem to read a simple document with a list of prescriptions). Safe to say I will be changing my practice.

The doctor that consulted me over phone was quite quick at coming back to me. But even after explaining my history of allergies/intolerances Ive been prescribe an antibiotic containing lactose (specifically asked not to). Not considering that the prescription has arrived to the pharmacy 15 min from the time they were closing, when he could have sent it much earlier, its 2023 and we have computers. Also, given that the antibiotic is not suitable for my consumption Ill have to go through the process of having someone else prescribing me something on a Friday night, hopeful that my tonsillitis wont give me temperature in the meantime. Given that this is the second time something similar happens to me I wonder whether Im unlucky or if British GPs just wont give a flying f***.
