        Honest to god I would give them zero if that was an option. The doctor called me on a private number for our appointment, deliberately dont pick up private calls. I complained to the office reception to be told they can only book me in for next week. The appointment was to discuss my abnormal blood results (high levels of sugar) the Doctor was very unprofessional, the doctor/practice shouldve inform me prior to the call that it would be from a private number. Extremely disappointed

        I just wanted to thank this practice for always being supportive, attentive, and professional. Dr Ramy is amazing, he explains things to me in regards to symptoms and any health concerns I have. He is a wonderful doctor and another huge thank you to Shonisha for being a great support in relation to any admin query I have had. And ofcourse Alana Excellent team
