Dr R K Kukar - The Medical Centre

Ive been struggling with this Gp surgery for years! Its almost impossible to book appointments and they have never even once solved any of my health issues! Reception is rude and unreliable! I wish someone could do something regarding this practice negligence! Its not only they have refused to help me on several occasions but also make it impossible for other clinics to find my details on record! Ive just applied for new gp and they already have offered more information regarding my needs please if you considering to use the Medical Center think twice!

The worst GP practice ever. No answering the phones and when go to see someone in the practice the doors are closed and they will speak to you through the window no matter what weather is outside!!!!

Terrible experience. Making appointments is a nightmare. Dr Kukar himself is very insensitive and dissmisive. Waiting time is ridiculous, with up to 1-2 hours worth. Overall a horrible practice.

The service is very poor I was there at time and Ive been waiting for almost 1.5 hours because the doctor was late and its not the first time. The doctor was not professional, doesnt have tools to examine the patient No hygiene at all( Doctor was examining so many patients without wearing gloves) I dont recommend this GP to anyone I am very upset with this GP

Easy to get an appointment, even had the doctor call me back same day. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
