The poor reviews speak for themselves. This practice is just awful. Reception are unprofessional and doctors couldnt care less.

Direct access holter clinic very unhelpful. Had an appointment late Friday they attached the monitor Saturday my skin was itching badly I tried calling no answer ended up taking the monitor off and it blistered my skin. Went in there today to return and ask them what to do with the blisters looks like a reaction you should of called nothing we can do call your gp fantastic service

I had a terrible experience with the receptionist this evening. She remained on the phone chatting and merrily laughing away while I approached the desk with my elderly mother, instead of offering assistance as she is paid to do. I'll be escalating my complaint as this is below standard.

Admin staff and processes unnecessarily bureaucratic and unhelpful. Even just setting up a repeat prescription, or getting access to personal medical records, prove to be a headache.
