I sadly lost my dear son tragically on New Year's Eve 2022. I was recommended Pete and Ally at Golden Valley Funeral Services by a friend. The compassion and kindness they have given our family is immeasurable. I have been so comforted to know that my dear son Oliver has been in their loving care. His funeral service has been arranged with the utmost care, thought and attention to detail. A very personal service which would be impossible to find elsewhere. Nothing has been too much trouble and all my worries taken care of. I was so proud to have Golden Valley Funeral Services attend to everything on the day. The kindness and care shown to me, helped me get through the hardest day of my life. They have become very dear friends and are still there to support me with my grief. I can't praise them enough, they are wonderful and just the sort of people you need beside you at times of utter despair.

I lost both my brother and my husband this year 2022 3 months apart and i cant thank Ally & Pete and all at Golden Valley Funeral services for their support kindness and the love and care they took looking after my loved ones .. We could visit anytime any day they were with us every step of the way with planning both funerals nothing was to much trouble for them .. The professionalism they showed along with the empathy kindness and care i highly recommend this independent funeral director something i have never found with the bigger funeral services They are also their supporting us as a family with aftercare if needed I have instructed my family that when my time arrives i would not want anyone else to help me to my final resting place than Golden Valley Services

Pete and Ally were the best guides we could have hoped for through the process of honoring my Dad. Down to earth, friendly, compassionate -- they seemed to have endless time for us, and encouraged us to make decisions in our own time, to suit our needs. We were impressed with how well connected they were, and the guidance they gave us was unfailing. We now consider them friends, and recommend them enthusiastically.

I would recommend this company to everyone. They were extremely thoughtful and caring throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
