We have now consulted with Mark Nicholls on two occasions for the Waterworks Museum in Hereford. On both occasions he was very prompt with his advice and reports. His reports have been unusually thorough, and in both cases have been instrumental in raising the necessary project finance. Mark is a very personable and professional Surveyor.

They were very responsive initially and got to the property in question promptly. We were told to expect the report the following week. Unfortunately, from that point we heard nothing for over 3 weeks, when the report turned up - very disappointing. That gave us less then 3 working days to digest the report and use it in the property purchase we had intended to use it for.
