        Contacted this company for a problem we have in shower room. They came within 2days and said they would get back to us. Contacted them a week later, to be told they were busy and someone would call on Monday. No call and no further contact from them 3weeks later. A courtesy call if they couldn't do the job or didn't want to would of been nice, very disappointed as they got good reviews.
