New Focus Photography

We booked an Easter photo shoot at Arnold Children Centre, so only had a 10 minute slot, but we didnt feel rushed and the photographer was so lovely with our newborn. Made us feel comfortable and took lots of pictures nothing was too much trouble. Was advised images would be sent to my email within a couple of days and I received them later on the same evening great service We later on that day booked a newborn shoot with them cant wait for this and would highly recommend New Focus Photography

My Daughter's nursery got New Focus in to take photographs - the booking process was really easy we just followed the link they provided and paid online in advance. The photos were emailed to me within 24 hours of them being taken and we are really happy with them. The back drop they used is lovely.

I had my second photoshoot with Coral and she made me feel so welcome and was constantly complimenting me and my daughter I have never felt so beautiful and comfortable having my photos done! Absolutely amazing studio and even better photographer

Disgusting customer 'service'. Would give 0 stars if possible. Booked a shoot with them and the day before they cancelled the shoot (due to lack of customers) and said everyone had to move to Friday or get refund. We were unable to change to Friday due to working & having 1 child in nursery. The rudeness of the emails from them because we couldn't move for very valid reasons. Sarcastically apologising for being a business that likes to make money and clearly stating that they don't care that the photo was to be a birthday present for me from my newborn (clearly something that we can't go back in time and get again!). I can't believe the good reviews. This is not in the least bit reflective of the experience that I have had with them. Not even 1% of my experience with these guys has been good. I'm so sorry that I had the unfortunate luck to come across this business.
