        DO NOT sign up for their care plan. I signed all my animals up for this. Thinking itd make their yearly vaccinations easier to afford. Unfortunately they dont have enough available appointments to cater for it. So when your pet is due for their vaccinations you have to book a few months in advance. They then tell you because of the delay you will have to restart their immunisation course and charge you an extra 20 per pet. This is the third pet they have tried to do it to me with. And when you have to wait the few months they keep charging you the full amount. So you are paying an extra few months for nothing. Total scam
